Who is Jason Kerestes?
Jason Kerestes found two
of his passions
at a young age when he first
experienced welding and remote control cars.
Building on every experience since then, Jason
has carved a unique path in engineering and
robotics industries. Holding multiple
patents for robotic exoskeleton devices and
collaborative aerospace manufacturing robotics,
Jason has worked continuously to bring new
technology to the marketplace as both an
engineer in Boeing Research and Technology and
Robotics expert for DARPA funded research.
Prior to entering the robotics and engineering
profession, Jason also owned a welding business,
welded for Honeywell Aerospace, built autonomous RC
helicopters, atv's, and drones.
Many of the devices which Jason has invented
have become viral sensations, being featured on
news television shows such as CBS, NBC, Fox and
Friends, and the Today Show.
Recently, Jason has been involved in filming for
entertainment television on the hit show "Myth
busters: The Search". He is also working
on developing new shows that bring science and
engineering to the public in fun exciting new
media formats.
In addition to engineering, science, robotics,
and television, Jason is an focused on improving
the environment and spends time leading
volunteer beach cleanup gatherings as well as
developing low tech engineering solutions for
humanitarian efforts such as water filtration.
